Administration Officer/Executive Assisant
BCG is seeking a dynamic, positive, self-starter to fill the role of Administration Officer/Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Applicants must have:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with the MS Office Suite of programs at an intermediate level highly regarded.
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Well-developed organizational skills
The vacancy is one that is available for an immediate start and will be available as a full time or job share situation.

Public Relations Officer

BCG is an expanding, farmer-driven, Agricultural Research Organisation based in Birchip, north-west Victoria, conducting agronomic, farming systems and resource management based research. This Company seeks a skilled Public Relations Officer to support and drive the communication of BCG’s work, to members, and beyond to the Australian broad acre and livestock industries.
You will work closely with the CEO & Research Team to disseminate up-to-date and innovative information through hands-on organising field days, expos and seminars, research publications, newsletters, webpage, social media and radio.
Relevant qualifications, and experience in communications, events, admin and preparing media releases are preferred. MS Office 2010 and exposure to social media is desirable. Excellent training, remuneration package, relocation expenses and ongoing benefits provided.

Techincal Officer (Farm Hand)

BCG is an expanding, farmer-driven, Agricultural Research Organisation based in Birchip, north-west Victoria, conducting agronomic, farming systems and resource management based research. This Company seeks a skilled Technical Officer (Farm Hand), to undertake cropping, harvesting & plant maintenance across their Wimmera and Mallee Sites.
You will work closely with the Research Team to farm; collect & record site and crop data; maintain all related farm plant, as per OH&S/crop hygiene requirements, and participate in setting up and running crop walks.
Relevant qualifications, cropping, livestock, farm plant maintenance experience, record keeping skills are highly desirable. Excellent training, remuneration package, relocation expenses and ongoing benefits provided.
