BCG Main Field Day
The Main Field Day is an annual event held in mid September when the crops are lush and flowering. 
This event is held in-paddock within the research trials. Our main research site location moves each year to allow trials to be grown across a broad range soil types and environments to ensure relevant results for all our members.
The site is chosen based on soil type, crop history, weed burden and rainfall patterns. The main research site consists of trials ranging from wheat and canola varieties to new chemicals, barley agronomy, and new technologies such as weed sensing technologies, herbicide resistance, risk management and nutrition.
