Members enjoy their own Field Day
The BCG Members Field Day was held on Friday 4th November at the Birchip replicated research site.
Fifty farmers attended this fantastic day which involved a relaxed walk around the site and lengthy discussion on soil and nutrient retention under mechanical and chemical fallows, stripe rust and strategies for next year, fluid N and Yield Prophet.
Speakers included Simon Craig, Cherie Reilly, Harm van Rees and Fiona Best.
