BCG sees red...A fantastic new JX80 Case IH tractor was received by an excited BCG trials team last week as part of the long-term sponsorship arrangement with O’Connors.
O’Connors have shown unwavering support since BCG’s inception and over the last eight years have provided BCG with the most advanced Case IH tractors to use for trial work.
Senior Technical Field Officer Mark Phelan will be using the tractor at the BCG’s 2005 trial site at McClelland’s on the Birchip-Berriwillock Road.
"The O’Connor partnership has allowed BCG to use state-of-the art machinery for research trials, which goes a long way to producing uncompromised evidence-based data, resulting in profitable farming practices being developed", Phelan said.
Dennis O’Connor, CEO of the O’Connors group said his "team have been extremely proud to be part of the growth and development of BCG. Our relationship has been dynamic. Even after 12 years the partnership continues to expand and excel".
O’Connors partnership with BCG stands as testament to a community with passion and persistence to steer is own fortunes.
