The project is in collaboration with the Centre for Electronic Commerce and Communications (CeCC), GWM Water, Wimmera CMA and WiDCORP with funding through the Victorian Government’s Collaborative Internet Innovation Fund, a $15 million competitive grants program to accelerate the innovative use of next generation information and communication technology by government, business and community.
