BCG is pleased to share an update regarding leadership within the Extension and Communications team. Alicia Gault has been appointed to the role of Senior Extension and Communications Manager.
This appointment is a strong example of the value BCG places on supporting, fostering and growing leadership within our own team. Alicia brings a clear commitment to high-impact, farmer-led research and extension, and a strong desire to apply her skills in the region she is working to influence.
Alicia is deeply motivated to make a meaningful contribution to farmers and to the outcomes BCG exists to deliver. We are confident she will provide thoughtful leadership to the Extension and Communications function and continue to strengthen the way we connect research, ideas and people across our footprint.
This transition reflects BCG’s commitment to:

Alicia has worked on many projects within BCG, including the Victorian Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub project: Over the Fence docu-series, the Carbon Farming Outreach Program and the Young Farmer Network.
