  • Managing residue, current research and making the most of opportunities
  • Financial considerations -balancing costs with outcomes

BCG will be joined by industry experts to discuss how to make the most of this seeding season.

Brett Asphar – specialist in air cart setup and will discuss fundamentals of seeder bar function

Dan Toohey (Planfarm Advisory) – financial consideration in seeding equipment, modify, upgrade or improve outcomes with what you have – what is crop establishment really costing you?

Kelly Angel (BCG) and Ash Wallace (Ag Vic.) – Crop establishment fundamentals, what does the research say?

Discussion from local farmers and participants

 

A selection of local farmer seeding setups of different ages will be on display and discussed.
