As you are aware, a lot has changed in the world in the past three months as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This has, and will continue to impact how we can gather and interact, as well as how information is extended from BCG to growers.
As a result, for the next 3 months, we are planning for all extension activities to be delivered online. Beyond this we are working on the assumption that restrictions will be lifted and continue to plan for events to run with some normality, however, we are putting in place contingency plans if this is not an eventuality.
So far within the restrictions, we have successfully run digital workshops and discussion group meetings, in addition to the webinars which we had provided to growers prior to the social restrictions currently in place.
As government restrictions and recommendations around gatherings change, we will adjust our delivery methods to try to include in-person delivery.
We will be doing our best to deliver information and events to you in some format, even if that looks different to how it has in the past.
