How to access your BCG members’ account

I’ve forgotten my password

  1. On a phone: Head to www.bcg.org.au and click on the menu button in the top right corner, then click ‘Log In’
    On a computer: Click on ‘Log In’ at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link.
  3. Type in your email address.
  4. Click ‘Reset Password’.
  5. Follow the instructions in your email to reset your password.
  6. Return to the BCG website, click on the menu button in the top right corner, and click ‘Log In’.
  7. Type in your email address and new password. Make sure you tick the box that says ‘Remember Me’!

I’ve forgotten my email address

  1. Call the BCG office on (03) 5492 2787 and one of our team members will be able to assist you.
  2. You may also need to reset your password if you can’t remember it. Please follow the instructions under ‘I’ve forgotten my password’.

 

I’m not receiving BCG emails

  • Check your junk or spam folder.
  • If you have previously received emails from us, type ‘BCG’ into the search bar of your email inbox. Open one of the emails and make sure we are marked as ‘not spam’.
