Note: This trial was harvested later than optimum therefore there was a significant amount of shattering in some varieties. Please treat these preliminary results with caution and look for the full report in the 2016 BCG Season Research Results compendium.
- Varieties with the pod shatter resistance trait yielded high in this trial.
- The highest yielding Clearfield and the highest yielding Roundup Ready® varieties were not significantly different to each other.
- 44Y90 yielded very well given the high winds and subsequent shattering experienced at the Nhill site.
