Wimmera-based livestock scanner Raquel Tyler (OnTrack Livestock Scanning) will talk about the productivity and profitability benefits of scanning and Buloke Shire Council deputy mayor Cr David Pollard and Wayne Street (Northern poultry cluster) will inform farmers about a newly developed program encouraging investment in intensive livestock enterprises.

The event will also feature ten exhibits from respected livestock agencies and agribusinesses including Landmark Birchip, Meat & Livestock Australia, Australian Wool Innovation, Sohnic Merinos, Agriculture Victoria, BESTWOOL/BESTLAMB, Mecardo, OnTrack Livestock Scanning and Buloke Shire Council.

Among a strong line-up of quality speakers are livestock consultants Ken Solly (Solly Business Services), Tim Leeming (Paradoo Prime and SAMRC western region chair), Leonard Vallance (VFF Livestock) and Catherine James (Livestock Health and Biosecurity), Dr Patrick Kluver (Livestock Biosecurity Network) and BCG’s own Chris Sounness.
